What is the difference between Lock-On and Slip-On grips?
Lock-On grips feature a patented system with aluminum clamps that bolt onto the handlebars, ensuring 100% slip-free performance. Slip-On grips are traditional rubber grips that are installed using adhesive or friction and offer a more classic feel.
How do I know which grip size is right for my hands?
We offer various diameters ranging from slim (29mm) to large (33mm). Generally, riders with smaller hands or those seeking more bar feel prefer slim grips, while riders with larger hands or those wanting more vibration dampening prefer our thicker profiles.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. ODI products are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or improper installation.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are ODI grips compatible with carbon handlebars?
Yes, our Lock-On grips are compatible with most carbon bars. However, we strongly recommend using a torque wrench during installation to ensure you do not exceed the handlebar manufacturer's recommended torque settings.
